Secondly, you are saving time. You don’t need to do two workouts to get the benefit. You are free to spend more time doing the things you want to do, and let’s face it, time is something that not a lot of people have these days.

Ever seen those people that just eat and eat, and never put on weight. That is their metabolism. If you increase your metabolism, you burn more fat. To increase your metabolism, you need an intense workout. And the intense workout is the one that uses a cardio and strength workout in one.

So if you are ever looking at a machine to tighten up your gut, rip up those abs or to simply firm up your stomach, look at a machine that can combine a cardio and ab workout in one. It will be worth it in the long run.
